& what he does to people in dreams will happen to the person in real life.
so ya, if he killed the person in dream, that person will die in real life too.
AND, Rafe can actually grow stronger by hurting himself.

the book states that he's very innocent looking. look like a simple 50 year old guy with some white hair and receding hair line. eh, cannot judge by its looks.
